Lavender Officinal (Lavandula Angustifolia) also called True Lavender is the best variety of lavender used for the production of Essential oil .
Our Lavender grows on hills of Turin , cultivated with method Biodynamic certificate DEMETER , the largest international certification body for biodynamic agriculture, non-profit.
To produce this oil we carefully choose the best flowers of lavender and we take them to the distillery within 3 hours of collection in order to preserve all beneficial properties , including:
- natural calming/relaxing (useful against anxiety, stress and insomnia)

- antirheumatic (relieves muscle pain)
- insecticide against moths (harmless to pets and children)

The oil comes extract solely through "steam current" (a traditional method that does not alter the properties of Lavender in any way) without the use of any chemical substance and without the addition of any additives, colorings or preservatives.

USE ADVICE
Officinal Lavender essential oil can be used pure or mixed to other oils or products.
PURE:
- one or two drops on the pillow or handkerchief before going to sleep help to relax and improve the quality of sleep
- a few drops as an air freshener or in the humidifier in winter to give a relaxing note to your home
- a few drops in the dryer (on the anti-crease balls) to always have fresh and scented clothes
- one or two drops on insect bites relieve the pain
- a few drops in a bag of dried lavender as a perfume for your car, replacing classic chemical aromas
MIXED / DILUTED
- mixed in a neutral cream or in vegetable oils (e.g. almond oil) for massages
- mixed with other ingredients for face and body cleansers, shampoos, masks, natural cosmetics, aromatherapy..
- mixed with other ingredients to obtain an excellent lavender soap homemade
NOTE
Store in a cool, dry place.
Avoid during the first 3 months of pregnancy. It is advisable to test the application (for example in the crease of the elbow) of the preparation containing the essential oil at least 48 hours before use.
