The Sibilla Agricultural Company was born in 1990 in Norcia, in the heart of the Umbrian side of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, where we transform fruit into jams, compotes, marmalades, cheese sauces, sauces and fruit juices with certified organic method .

It all started from an idea of Enrico who, following his passion for agriculture with resourcefulness and tenacity, decided to carry out an innovative project: to plant a cultivation of berries .

The history of the organic farm

The ambition was to work to bring the culture and cultivation of mountain fruit back to the territory and, animated by great respect for our land and love for traditions, we cultivated with a natural method, soon obtaining organic certification.

Initially the orchard included blackberries, yellow and red raspberries, wild strawberries, gooseberries, red and black currants, but over time the variety of fruits was enriched with numerous other species including elderberries and sour cherries.

Over the years we have expanded the range of our products, gradually adding the cultivation of apricots, plums, cherries, apples, pears, quinces, chestnuts and black cherries.

Since January 2007 we have been directly transforming our fruit in the new artisan laboratory and we have started the production of jams and compotes, with the aim of creating a line of high quality and genuine products that keep the nutritional values of the selected and cultivated raw materials unchanged. with passion.
