But ours is a family story.
Sapori Dimenticati is a creation of us, Patrizia and Maurizio, which involves the whole family. We started by doing jobs outside our relatives' land, but we found ourselves valorising it in 2002. We wanted to spend more time with the family - together with our parents and our 5 children - and manage our time independently.
