Description

Known in our area as Biscotti Crucion, these are the classic health biscuits made in Piedmont and Liguria. They are sweet, light and crumbly: a touch of sweetness for breakfast or a snack, but they make savory appetizers even more interesting for a nice balance between sweet and savory.

Format: 400g

A nice base for jams both at breakfast and as a snack, or as an ingredient for savory appetizers such as canapés.

TYPE 00 WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, BUTTER, mother yeast (3%=, salt, POWDERED MILK, flavouring, orange, vanilla flavouring)
The product may contain traces of hazelnuts and other nuts. Produced in a laboratory where flours and derivatives are used.

Storage:

Biscuits can stay in their current packaging for up to 1 year from the packaging date if kept in a cool place.
Once opened, they remain fresh for another 20 days if kept in an airtight container.
